My client is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst as part of an exciting expansion in one of their analytics teams. The team has a track history of internal promotion which represents an excellent opportunity for someone to grow their career. The expansion is as a result of a company-wide investment in data, including in the quantitative analysis team.

About the role

Working with a team of highly qualified analytics professionals, you will be primarily using Python and R to create predictive models, AI algorithms and various other analytics solutions to add commercial value to the organisation. You will champion data-focused decision-making within the business and be an influential driver of real change. As a commercially minded individual you will maintain focus on maximising return on investment in data analytics activities.

Essential experience

·         A Master’s degree in Business, Maths, Economics, Applied Science, Computer Science or a related area, PhD an advantage

·         2+ years of commercial experience using Python and R to build and deliver sophisticated analytical applications from requirement gathering to implementation and tuning

·         Experience with SQL and data visualisation (Tableau, QlikView, Alteryx or Power BI)

·         Experience in pricing

·         Curious and autonomous mindset – you will also perform ad hoc deep-dives to seek new use-cases for data analytics
