Aspira is currently looking for 3 Helpdesk Engineers, at an intermediate level, to join us on a 12+ month contract starting from January 2022.

We are looking for an Intermediate Engineer, with 4-6 years of substantial professional experience in their specialised field. they will be a trusted performer on a wide range of client-facing consultancy projects in either the private and public sectors, with ability to participate in multi-disciplinary teams and to work independently (with limited supervision). They will perform professional level analysis requiring technical skills and independent initiative within a well-defined programme of work. They will be a senior team leader with the ability to deputise for the senior responsible person and coach and mentor more junior staff. They will contacts clients predominantly at a working level.

1 Microsoft OS products Windows 10 and MS Office 2016, SharePoint, Access
2 Microsoft Skype for Business
3 Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 
Jitbit/Service Desk application
5 Active Directory
6 Video Conferencing; - (currently Polycom/Webex/Skype for Business)
7 Fixed and Mobile Telephony, iPhones, Android, and Polycom handsets
8 Desk side support – PC, Printing, Network
9 Information and Cyber security
10 Networking – IP addressing and Patching
11 Asset Management/Tracking/Disposal 

Location: 1 x Dublin, 1 x Wexford, 1 x Mayo
