IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
• You will work with 0365/Sharepoint configurations
• Mobile device management
• VPN client configuration and deployment
• You will first line troubleshoot
• Deployment services ep Laptop imaging
• You will be the first response for monitoring systems incidents
• Creation and updating of documentation
• Server maintenance
Requirements
• 3 + Years previous experience in Desktop support
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Expert Customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ambitious and driven with a desire to progress technically
• Experience with MDM.
• Must be able to work in a process driven environment, but show initiative when there are process gaps
• Demonstrable ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Excellent knowledge of 0365, SharePoint
• Understanding of TCP/IP
• MS Active Directory experience
• End point Encryption Technologies
• Experience with Antivirus experience
• Experience with AWS
• Scripting – Powershell, Terraform
• Firewall – Cisco ASA
• Familiarity with monitoring systems, VOIP Systems
• Driving license and car would be necessary
