IT Manager required for well-known Irish retail business with over 20 stores nationwide. This position will be based in the HQ in Dublin 12 with ideally a 3 days-in office 2 days WFH model. This is an exciting role to help design, implement and the continuous management of the IT infrastructure for their business. This will be achieved by managing both an internal support team and external support provider

Salary 75-80K

Responsibilities

·        A “hands on” approached to maintaining the organization's IT effectiveness and efficiency

• Manage and oversee the technical design and implementation of the Company’s IT strategy by the IT Managed Services partner
• Manage the relationship with 3rd party supplier to ensure compliance with SLAs
• Line management for small internal support team
• Lead out on large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
• Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organisation to develop solutions for IT needs
• Research and implement technological, strategic solutions

Requirements

• Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience
• Experience leading large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies
• Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, EPOS, E-Commerce Platforms etc
• Broad knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems
• Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritise
• Experience of managing 3rd party supplier relationships.
