Senior IT Support Engineer (MS365) required for expanding managed services business in north Dublin (Swords). Our client specialize in Microsoft 365 projects (migrating from on-prem to cloud or hybrid environments) and cloud security projects for businesses throughout the Dublin region.

Responsibilities:

·        Manage project implementation including on prem to cloud migration and cloud to cloud migration

·        Implementation of client support for SharePoint, Teams, Ms apps.

·        Cloud Security management - pure Cloud M365, hybrid Cloud , and Azure

·        Voice integration with Microsoft Teams

·        Documenting all work completed on ticket logging system

What is required:

·        5+ experience in a similar role

·        Experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, EMS, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive,

·        Excellent English written and spoken

·        MS 365 certificate is desirable (will be expected to complete MS certificates as part of this position)

·        Genuine interest in technology and hunger to learn
