Ergo are seeking a Network Engineer for a permanent position in Dublin. The successful Network Engineer will work on security solutions for some of Ireland's leading Enterprise clients.
You should have experience with firewalls such as Sophos, Palo Alto and / or Fortigate with a solid understanding of network protocols.

What will you do?

Support and help to design Security Solutions to meet Customer Requirements
*

Configure, Install, Test, Commission and Document new Security installations
*

Install, Commission and Document Network Solutions for customers
*

Install Commission and Document Voice Solutions
*

Provide Post-Sales Support to Customers
*

Provide Pre-Sales Support to Sales Team
*

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to the Team
*

Assist with Installation and Maintenance of Ergo Network Operations Centre and Customer Managed Network Services

What do you need?

*

4+ years in a network support role
*

Previous experience installing, maintaining, and supporting Firewall Gateways / technologies - Fortinet / Checkpoint / Cisco ASA/FirePower, Sophos and SonicWall
*

Authentication, Authorization RADIUS integration
*

Network Management and Monitoring, SNMP
*

Strong troubleshooting abilities
*

Strong communication verbal and written
*

Multitasking - be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
*

Certifications in Networking/Security technologies are desirable
