Recruit First IT is seeking a Service Delivery Lead / Helppdesk Maanger for well know and stable orgtanisation who are a market leading world renowned brand.
• 3+ years in Service Delivery/ Helpdesk Lead/helpdesk Manager role in your most recent role
• Strong SLA and 3rd party vendor experience and negotiating to get 3rd party vendors working in unison with the IT Team on projects
• Experience of providing management reports and updates as requested, these will be a combination of daily, weekly & monthly reports
• Experience of developing and mentoring Junior members of a team
• Strong KPI skills and the ability to designate training to internal staff
