Field Support Technician (Electronics)

I'm working closely with a ground-breaking IoT start-up who operate within the environmental sector who have big plans to expand their presence in Dublin. This is a hugely exciting time at their business having recently received significant funding and look set to take off

If successful, you will work closely with the engineering and operations teams in feeding back customer issues and driving continuous improvement. It will be a very much support focused role with a keen eye on internal and external customer requirements, expectations and delivery

As a core member of the team, you will be expected to work within this team, sometimes autonomously, frequently on site, and deliver on surveying locations, deploying devices, and supporting customers

What you need:

* Diploma or Cert in Electronics based discipline
* 3+ years' experience in a similar role
* Experience debugging electronic PCB assemblies
* Exposure in device calibration and test procedures
* Track record of high quality customer interaction, providing onsite repairs, surveys and unit deployment
* Strong work ethic and ambition
* Willingness to travel across Ireland & UK (50%)
