TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in Dublin city centre is seeking applications from experienced Support Engineers with a minimum of 3-5 years of previous technical support expertise, particularly around Microsoft technologies, cyber security and risk management.
The Role
You will be providing 2nd level support to clients/customers (SME's) around Ireland, and providing an efficient and quality service to them. You will be working closely with in-house and remote engineers on project tasks for customers, ensuring a timely response to technical issues.
Previous experince within the IT Managed Services environment is essential - ie experience working for an IT Service provider, working with multiple clients and customers concurrently.
Skills Required
*Third Level IT Qualification.
*3-5 Years experience within IT Managed Services environment on a busy Service Desk
*Microsoft Certifications
*Azure/Microsoft 365 skills
*Excellent troubleshooting/incident management experience.
*Excellent communication skills required - written and verbal
*Previous Ticketing systems experience essential
*Excellent customer focus/relationship building skills
This is a Permanent role with excellent up-skilling and training provided throughout your career.
Candidates must be able to travel to customer sites when required, therefore a full clean Irish drivers licence is an advantage.
The client is not sponsoring a work permit for this position - candidates must be currently eligible to work full time in Ireland (EU Citizen or Stamp 4 Permit holder).
