Consultant to join the team.
Responsibilities
As Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant, your job responsibilities will include working on
all aspects of ERP support:
• Provide Level 2 Support to a wide range of customers
• Deliver excellent customer service standards by responding to cases within our case logging
system promptly and efficiently
• Troubleshoot, resolve and escalate requests to the appropriate area when necessary, ensuring
good transfer of ownership
• Work to achieve SLA targets
• Participate in calls with customers
• Identify and implement efficiency gains in development and support process
• Adherence to standard tools, processes, and practices as defined
• Reduce production incidents by adopting a problem resolution approach
• Review, update and create documentation
• Develop and maintain a close working relationship with Development teams to ensure optimal
performance of the support team
• Any other tasks as reasonably required.
Technical Skills
• At least 3 Years providing Support experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV latest versions
• Consulting experience with NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central products
• Experience with 1st to 2nd Line Support
• Experience with Troubleshooting, Debugging and Basic Modifications
• Knowledge in Supporting D365/BC
Non - Technical Skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and in a team, and to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple demand
