Software Development Engineering Manager, Dublin, Hybrid Working Model, €105,000 - €115,000

I am working alongside one of the leading HR and finance providers in Europe, Asia, and America. You will be managing between 4-6 engineers at different levels of seniority and stages in their career. You will be aiding other engineers to develop new skills and abilities, set and achieve goals and improve their career development. You will be working in proximity with shareholders, product managers and product owners.

Required Skills:

- Previous experience and knowledge developing using NodeJS

- Previous experience using modern JavaScript Frameworks

- Previous experience leading a team in an agile environment

- Experience and ability leading a growing team and expanding team

- Ability to work and maintain a balance between leadership and hands on coding
