Senior Data Engineer

Initial 12 month Contract (extension highly likely)

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Rate: Competitive

An urgent and exciting new opportunity has opened up for an experienced Data engineer to join my high-profile, global client , based in Dublin, Ireland. This is an initial 12 month contract with high possibility to roll over.

You will be working on a key migration from Oracle to Snowflake, with a pipeline of work that could last for several years- not one to be missed.

This role will be fully remote but you must be based in Ireland.

Required skills:

* 5+ years of experience working as a Data Engineer
* Excellent knowledge of Oracle or Snowflake (preferably both but not essential)
* Knowledge of Python
* Knowledge of AWS is preferred
* Experience with Airflow would be beneficial

For contractual reasons, candidates for consideration must be based in Ireland.
