TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client, is seeking applications for an Entry Level IT Support Role to be based in Dublin 1.
Role
You will be assisting the IT Administrator of the company to provide User Support to 120-150 users based in various locations around Ireland.
A good knowledge of MS-Windows Operating System support/Office 365 support would be required plus general troubleshooting skills to resolve and fix technical issues quickly.
Skills/Experience Required
IT Graduate/IT Courses (Certification will be required) eg. CompTIA A+, CCNA (not Software Development courses)
General IT Troubleshooting skills -6-12 months experience (internship will suffice)
Helpdesk Support - logging, tracking calls and closing technical tickets - must have used a ticketing system to log/track incidents
