TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client, is hiring for a Junior IT Support Engineer to join their IT Team. (Dublin or Galway location)
You will be assisting the IT Administrator to support internal users within the business. These users are based in various locations around Ireland so some of your support work will be remote based (Helpdesk) and some will be with users onsite in various locations around Ireland.
Skills Experience Required
*IT Qualification or IT Courses completed (CompTIA or CCNA)
*Experience with Microsoft Technologies - Windows/Azure/Office 365
*6 months - 1 Year of IT Help-desk Support expertise with a Call-Logging System (to log and track technical tickets and escalate to another support level).
*Basic Desktop Support Skills*
Basic Support of Printers and other peripherals in an office environment (hand-held devices, Mobile phones)
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
*Great work ethic and proactive/helpful manner.
*Application Support experience an advantage.
*Experience with MS-Teams and Sharepoint an advantage.
*Office 365 Support
