SME Tech firm in South Dublin require a Technical Support Engineer. This position will involve working within a team on Supporting customer systems both on premise and on Cloud. there may be an element of hardware support also.

Most support can be achieved remotely from office but on site will also be required. On site travel within Ireland and UK will be required from time to time.

Candidates should possess good technical PC skills and some knowledge of Microsoft applications and MS SQL especially. (Some experience in hardware or electronic installations would be beneficial)

There will be an induction period when relevant training will be provided on existing in house systems and training on the company's main products on site or as SAAS.

All staff are currently required to wear masks while moving around office or in Kitchen and Toilet areas. Distance of 2 metres should be kept at all times and hand sanitising is recommended at all times. These restrictions will be reduced in time

SALARY RANGE    €38,000 - €42,000 – depending on experience.
