C# .Net Team Lead, Cork City

A growing client in Cork City have recently opened up an interesting opportunity, we're looking for a C# .Net Team Lead to take ownership of a small C# .Net Development team and drive forward projects and processes whilst expanding the team.

This client have gone from strength to strength the past few years and this has lead to them dividing their current team to focus on separate workloads creating the need to hire a new Team Lead, so this is a new, small team that you can mould in your own way. This team focuses on complex web based, cloud hosted (Azure) applications for a Visualisation and NOC team.

This role would be perfect for an experienced Lead or a strong Senior who's well versed with the full development lifecycle, mentoring juniors, dealing with stakeholders and a confident decision maker.

Requirements:

* 5 or more years with C# .Net Software Development
* Experience working with ASP.Net, MVC, SQL Server, T-SQL
* Strong understanding of best process and practises throughout the entire software development lifecycle
* Experience mentoring juniors, leading projects and involvement with application design
* Previous leadership experience would be beneficial
* Experience with any of the following would be beneficial: Azure, AWS. Microservices, React, Angular, CI/CD, TDD, Network protocol knowledge

Benefits:

* Salary 70-90k

* Flexible hours, currently full remote but will be a long term split between office and at home
