Key Account Manager required for permanent position by leading IT Services Provider in Dublin 12. The Key Account Manager will report to the Head of Sales and proactively manage key account relationships
Responsibilities
· Build and grow excellent relationships with clients
· Be fully responsible for day to day client communications
· Communicate client feedback effectively and efficiently to internal stakeholders
· Ensure top quality of service is maintained on key customer accounts
Requirements
· 1-2 years Account Executive / Manager within an MSP business
· Broad technical knowledge and understanding of business technology solutions Have the commercial awareness to identify opportunities and budget drift
· Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills,
· Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
Remuneration
· 35-40K base salary with 60K OTE
