Role: Scrum Master

Harvey Nash have a fantastic opportunity for a Scrum Master to join the team at a growing, global financial services company in Ulster. Due to the current circumstances, this role offers remote working but there will be a requirement to be present onsite at a later date.

As Scrum Master, you will be responsible for coordinating the software development team, managing timelines, resolving problems, removing barriers to delivery, producing reports and metrics as well as coaching team members on Agile methodologies.

You will work in conjunction with Product Owners to ensure the rapid delivery of IT software against agreed priorities and support them with planning and controlling and product roadmap.

In addition, you will help the product and project management teams to manage and deploy releases into production, as well as assist with releases processes for code through development, test and production environments.

Ideally, we are looking for an experienced SCRUM Master with a proven track record of working with cross-functional agile teams. Experience working with teams from inception through to maturity with demonstrable experience of building and leading teams. You will be passionate about all things agile and an excellent relationship builder who can work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Skills/Experience Required:

* Ability to lead transformation projects with measurable outcomes in an Agile environment
* Solution focused and able to resolve conflict
* Excellent organisational skills and proven in managing competing demands
* Experience of developing visual reports to monitor and track progress
* Experience of Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) with Scrum templates is desirable
