Red Chair are currently recruiting for Messaging Support Technician to join a fantastic team of tech enthusiast in Co. Kerry. In this role you would be responsible for the maintenance and configuration of messaging systems, whilst working to support all related infrastructure.

  • Daily system monitoring, checking the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, overseeing system and application logs
  • Provide a practical level of technical support.
  • Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures.
  • Create, and monitor email accounts under Microsoft O365 Environment


  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills
  • Excellent Communication
  • Proficient (desired) or otherwise familiar with Office 365 (Exchange, Teams), PowerShell, Lotus Notes/Domino, Windows OS (2008-2019), Secure Email Gateway.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, adaptable environment.
