Desktop Support

We are working with a niche company based in Dublin City Centre who are looking for a new role experienced Desktop Support Engineer.

They currently support multiple locations and a large user base. The right candidate will need to have experience in a customer/user facing role.

Key Requirements:

* Experience with imaging and configuration of computers for deployment
* Install and configure company standard hardware and applications
* Experience with Windows 10 and O365 migration and deployment
* Experience with Mobility Support/Office 365, Azure AD Connect, Outlook Exchange & SharePoint Online
* Networking experience TCP/IP, DNS
* Proven skills in deployment migration and troubleshooting
* O365 mail migration and support
* Clear and accurate communication skills
