They're looking for a Technical Lead to mentor, guide and contribute alongside a new sub team of 6 people. This will be heavier on the "lead" side than a developer although you'll work with the architects, continue to code, and liaise with the entire product function. What we essentially need is a proven track record in effectively leading development teams and delivering top class software.

Experience

* An accomplished and experienced technical leader.
* Software development background with several years leading teams.
* Java background ideal.
* Good knowledge of cloud architecture.
* Strong understanding of the full SDLC.
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Creative and interested in emerging tech.
