Job Summary: We are seeking a strong software developer with specific skills in Web Services development in Microsoft C#. You will be a member of a highly skilled team tasked with designing, implementing and maintaining a range of Service Oriented Architecture based technologies as a part of a larger business support tools team.
You will have a track record of delivering Web Services / Service Oriented Architecture based solutions with particular emphasis on both scalability and reliability. You will work in a team responsible for the development of a services layer for use in a broader enterprise wide system.
Your will have specific experience in Microsoft C# and a deep understanding of the .NET platform, preferably .NET 2.0/3.0/3.5/4.0. You must be well versed with contract first development concepts in a Web Services development environment, WS-I and OASIS standards. You will be familiar with test driven development, and have experience in using the supporting tools for the delivery of high quality solutions.

Required experience/skills:
– 4 years of Development Experience
– 2 years as a C# developer
– Deep understanding of the .NET CLI and the .NET framework, ideally 2.0
– Excellent written and verbal skills
– Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
– Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
– Ability to work well with other Highly Talented individuals
Following experience or attributes are highly desirable:
– 2 years with enterprise applications
– 2 years of database development experience
– Java experience would also be beneficial
– Microsoft ASP.NET experience
– Microsoft MSMQ or similar environment
– Enterprise Message Bus / Enterprise Service Bus experience
– BPEL or similar experience
– Familiarity with multithreading concepts
– Security and Encryption Algorithms
– UML modelling
– Full Software Development Lifecycle
– Database Systems particularly SQL Server
