Web Development Manager

Web Development Manager responsible for the management of the production environment as well as the applications development environment and associated resources. The director will focus on a variety of activities ranging from large enhancements, project management, architectural improvements, and ongoing technical support for updates to multiple international websites.

The ideal candidate will degree 5-7 years of professional hands on web development experience at least 2 years should be at a management level experience within a large organisation. Technically you will have experience and managed project using some of the following technologies- PHP, MSSQL, C# .NET, XML, SQL, HTML/DHTML CSS, Flash, ActionScript 2.0/3.0 and AJAX. You will have knowledge of application development methodologies (agile) and system design as well as thorough project management skills. You will have previous line management experience of large technical teams in excess of 5 people. The ideal candidate must be able to think fast on their feet, be entrepreneurial & creative and willing to adapt to a fast-moving environment, comfortable leading teams of skilled developers, managing multiple projects and work-streams and working cross functionally
