PE Global are looking to recruit a Web Developer to join a Dublin based client.
The Role
- Design, develop, modify and implement feature rich responsive client-side web applications
- Writing new and reusable Javascript, HTML and CSS in an agile, test driven development environment
- Prototype and building multiple components
- Work with product teams to develop APIs
Skills and Experience:
- 2.1 (or higher) BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 3- 4+ years (post-graduation) web development experience
- Experience of working within an agile development processes essential
- Solid experience in HTML 5 / CSS 3 / JavaScript / jQuery
Experience with the following technologies required:
- AJAX
- Multi-browser development
- Single page applications
- MVC and/or MVP patterns
- Responsive UIs
- Mobile Web
- Exposure to the technologies a distinct advantage;
- Javascript patterns
- Selenium
- Cucumber
- QUnit, Jasmine or other client side testing frameworks
- Exposure to other mainstream frameworks (Bootstrap, Angular, etc.)
- NodeJS
- Exposure to database knowledge in NOSQL (e.g. MongoDB)
