The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and troubleshooting VoIP implementations.
[b]Requirements:[/b]
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar environment
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently
• Knowledge of configuring Cisco routers and switches
• Knowledge of configuring VoIP platform including Cisco Call Manager Express and Asterisk
• Excellent knowledge of VoIP protocols: SIP, SCCP, RTP
• Working knowledge of Linux operating system – CentOS or RHEL desired

• Cisco CCNA-Voice
• Digium dCAA/dCAP
• Redhat RHCA
