DESCRIPTION
At Midas we are all about the Technology. We are currently working with a partner company to provide a high end technical support service for Telephony / Voice clients globally.
Based at our premises in Mullingar you will play a lead role in the establishment and ongoing provision of the service
Skills & Experience required
· Minimum of a BSc in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience
· 7+ years experience of configuring networks and installing voice & telephony systems
· TDM , VOIP, SIP and CISCO voice expertise
· Previous Cisco expertise & CCNP qualification
· Experience of overseeing the installation, configuration, customizing and supporting enterprise applications such as Switches, Routers, Load Balancers, Firewalls.
· Cisco Unified Communications – Cisco Voice, Call Manager, Cisco routing & switching
· Excellent customer service and skills troubleshooting.
· Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
· Any voice – VOIP, SIP, etc is highly advantageous as is CISCO Unified communications manager & related tools
