Eden Recruitment is working closely with a Multi-national Company which is looking to engage an experienced and talented UX Developer for a minimum 6 Month Contract.
Working with an in-house design team, you will be working on cutting edge websites, intranets and web applications.
[b]Key Skills you will bring to the team include:[/b]
* Expertise in UX Design and Development
* Strong knowledge and experience in responsive design
* Experience in Front-end web design with a focus on user experience and usability
[b]Key Duties:[/b]
* Work within a Web Development team which is tasked with building front-end code for websites and web applications
* Build working prototypes based on wireframes
* Develop front-end code based on technical standards, style sheets, templates & style guide components
* Review prototypes with visual designers & information architect to insure final production is executed in accordance with style guide & approved visual & interaction design.
* Produce style guide code & documentation for standardisation
* Provide front-end technical assistance to information architects, visual designers & developers
* Provide handovers to developers
[b]Required Qualifications:[/b]
At least 6 years’ experience in web application development
Experience with the following technologies:
* HTML / CSS3 / JavaScript
* Compass / Sass
* Working knowledge of a JavaScript framework such as Backbone, Angular.js or Ember.js
* JavaScript unit testing experience advantageous (mocha, jasmine, qunit)
* jQuery / jQuery UI
* Bootstrap / Foundation an advantage
* Git, SVN or other source control experience desirable
* Experience with Agile development
* Familiarity with UI best practice & coding & accessibility standards
