UX Designer – Mobile Handset Designer

UX Designer – Mobile Handset Designer. My client a well known software House embedded within the Mobile Telco market is in urgent need of a talented UX designer to join them on a permanent basis. The successful applicant for this role will drive the user interface development across all of my client’s handset products. Reporting to Product Management, this role will work closely with the Product Manager for each product to ensure a sample user interface of the respective product is demonstrable on its own and with other products showcasing the product’s features to maximum effect. This role will drive high UI standards within the business and may engage with current and potential customers, as well as 3rd parties, to convey the companies excellence in the areas of user interaction, usability and interface development. Successful candidates will have 3 years plus experience designing and developing mobile applications with rich user interfaces on a variety of technology platforms. Experience translating requirements into cross-device applications. Experience with dealing with structured data formats (arrays, objects) represented using a mark-up language (like XML).
