Job Description:
Manage a team of Technical Support
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, ownership of problems, setting and meeting expectations.
Complete assigned activities as required and ensure the success of scheduled work or any other planned support activity
Provide support & leadership in customer support situations within a defined technical plan of action and to provide timely written root cause analysis documentation.
Ensure that cases are resolved and their root cause is populated into the Knowledge Centre system.
Ensure resolution of technology related failures at the customers’ sites.
Work with other teams to provide technical sign off for effective handover to support.
Work closely with the Customer Support team
Provide out of hours support as part of the Support Managers on-call rota.
Qualifications:
Candidates must be fluent in German
Min. 4 years experience in the supervisory position within technical environment
Third level degree in related discipline desirable
Experience with providing an outstanding technical customer support for a wide range of solutions.
Charismatic team player that enjoys challenges to resolve complex technical issues in the simplest and most effective manner
The candidate must be competent at communicating technical plans of action to customers and must be available to work all hours to ensure a mission critical system is returned to operation in the shortest possible timeframe.
The candidate must be able to demonstrate clear thinking under pressure and great communication skills.
