Translation Management Support 80-100%

Role:

For our client in the Roche Diagnostics based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a Translation Management Support.

Global Customer Support (GCS) is the global organization responsible for technical services in the Roche Diagnostics Division. Currently approximately 600 GCS co-workers at 6 main diagnostics

R&D/manufacturing sites in Switzerland, Germany, Spain and the US, build a worldwide network of support and training centres, which provide assistance to local and regional service staff in the Roche Diagnostics affiliates and its external distributors. Within the GCS KLS (Knowledge & Learning Solutions) we are seeking a team player with strong communication skills who can also work independently, detail oriented and structured to support with the management of digital learning media translation and localization.

Areas of responsibility:

* Providing support with the management of digital learning media translation – request for quotation, orders for translation, checking invoices
* Tracking of the translation orders
* Monitoring and controlling the project status of the translation projects
* Preparing the deliverables (SCORM, non-SCORM, source files) in cooperation with the Training Administrator

Professional and technical requirements:

* Commercial apprenticeship in office administration (EFZ) or similar or Bachelor Degree in Administration
* Very good spoken and written command of English (min. B2 level) is a must and good spoken and written command of German is a plus
* At least 1-year professional experience with office administration tasks or translation management support
* First experience in diagnostics market, pharma or in international environment
* Knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office and Adobe Captivate
