TRAINING SPECIALIST – IT / BUSINESS

Training / learning consultant ideally with experience of a Software product environment required for Maternity leave contract with Dublin based client

DUTIES:
• Assist in the development of all product training collateral
• Delivery of business training modules to internal staff
• Delivery of business training modules to client and partner staff to facilitate configuration the solution
• Assist with the design of the business training solution for customers, partners and staff by providing timely feedback on training content
• Work with peers within the client organisation gathering training requirements to ensure successful delivery of training
• Manage training events from end-to-end
• Work with Technical Trainers to provide complimentary training programmes.
• Innovative, good general technical knowledge, and focused on delivering the best possible service to the customer

SKILLS / EXP:

• Minimum 2-3 years in depth experience in a technically challenging, preferably software environment.
• A passion for training and knowledge transfer
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisation skills
• Excellent time management
• Strong presentation skills
• Previous training experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Flexibility and a willingness to travel overseas when on-site training is required.
• Work well within a team
