Enterprise People are currently seeking a Test Manager with Oracle e-Business Suite experience for a 6 Month Contract based in Dublin. The Test Manager will ensure a test strategy and approach is in place for each stream of testing. The role will involve resourcing, data/environment preparation, scenario/conditions identification, script development and test logistics. The Test Manager will be responsible for Test Quality standards and all aspects of Cutover Planning, including dry run tests and the actual cutover. The Test Manager will have:
At least 10 Years Software Testing experience with strong Oracle e-Business Suite Testing experience
Formulation of test plans, scenarios, conditions, scripts and execution experience
Interaction with business users in formulation of scenarios & scripts
Appreciation of pre and post test execution activities
Strong Cutover (Planning, Dry run etc) experience
Previous lead experience (test, functional or project) i.e. proven ability to co-ordinate & drive multiple activities to successful completion & liaise with a variety of different teams
Good Oracle Financials Functional experience
Committed and driven team player with excellent interpersonal skills
