Our client, a leading FMCG company are deploying a centralised SIP solution shall be deployed to three regions globally.
A pre-requisite to the deployment of the SIP solution, is Site User Acceptance Testing. The purpose of User Acceptance Testing is to assess if the system can support day-to-day business and user scenarios and ensure the system is sufficient and correct for business usage.
Responsibilities:
- Creates UAT Test Plan Approach (ensure any country specific / local telephony requirements are captured)
- Create Test Communication Plan (global site level testing)
- Agrees Test Schedule
- Identifies Resources
- Hold Kick-off sessions with sites in scope (globally)
- Develop any required training materials for UAT Testers
- Co-ordinates testing working closely with Test Co-Ordinators
- Ensure testing traceability
- Test Reporting (Site Level Results and Roll Up View)
- Drive root cause analysis and test defect resolution with respective client teams / 3rd parties
- Provide training / support to Test Co-Ordinators
- Archive testing documentation and results on project SharePoint site
- Provide regular updates on testing progress to PMO
- Ensure site level acceptance of test results
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a Test Manager position
- 3rd level qualification
- Strong communication skills
- People management experience
