Role & Responsibilities
The suitable candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing a testing strategy during analysis, development and construction of large scale systems. You should be experienced in developing and executing test strategies and plans in accordance with different development methodologies. You must also have strong people management experience.
Develop or acquire testing processes and software
Identify testing requirements
Develop test strategies
Develop test plans for a system
Identify testing resources required
Capture, analyse and summarise results and make recommendations
Experience:
Strong financial services industry experience is a must
Excellent automation background and management of an automated test team using Rational Functional Tester and Rational Performance Tester
Strong leadership skills and analysis skills.
Ability to analyze situations and make solid decisions, using good judgment.
Knowledge of the Internet environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal and formal presentation skills
