realTime is seeking an experienced Test Manager for an excellent 6 month contract.
You will have 8 years Test Management experience with a background overseeing complex projects, and also managing all test phases.
Key responsibilities:
Manage large teams of testers, onsite and remotely
Proficient with test tools, for test tracking and bug tracking
Management of defect tracking and management lifecycle
Continuous assessment of the implementation of the test strategy and approach
Thorough understanding of Test Metrics and Risk Management for Test Reports
Management of Quality Gateways
