Test Lead / Financial Services / XML / Web Services
5 years of experience with the following skill sets:
Previous experience leading teams of software testers (preferably in Financial Services)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience creating test documentation to IEEE 829 specifications
Good knowledge of financial services, client/server testing, web based, various file interface types, such as flat files, xml, web services etc
Experience with Incident management Systems (Jira or similar)
Experience with Test Case Management systems (TestLink, Quality Centre or similar)
Experience is continuous process improvement initiatives with software testing (TPI or TMM(i))
Experience is general process improvement/Quality initiatives (CMMi, Six Sigma, ISO 9002)
Encouragement in helping team members grow through knowledge sharing and learning
