We currently have a contract requirement for a Test Lead for 6 months based in Limerick.
Responsibilities:
• Review and understand functional specification and associated use cases
• Develop test execution plan and test schedule
• Co-ordinate system test script creation and create where necessary
• Co-ordinate performance, accessibility, security and system testing
• Work with other team members to define test scenarios and conditions
• Facilitate test plan and test script reviews
• Sign off on test schedule
• Co-ordinate pre-test environment and data set-up
• Lead testers to deliver test coverage in line with test schedule
• Liaise with offshore testing team
• Monitor and review test progress with testers
• Facilitate the resolution of critical issues
• Report testing status to the project manager
• Publish daily progress to plan report
• Sign-off on testing results
• Document test results, issues, and defects in the nominated testing tool
• Co-ordinate defect tracking to closure
• Maintain testing documentation
• Prepare and distribute end of project testing metric
• Some travel to client site (UK) will be required
