Based in the West fo Ireland this is a fantastic opportunity to join a new and progressive company in Galway. Excellent Salary and benefits on offer for the most suitable candidate.
Practical hands-on experience with enterprise voice and data products. The candidate should have a solid foundation in IP telephony and data networking, including IP PBX’s, CTI, IP Switching & Routing, ISDN, and VoIP (H.323/SIP)
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree, or experience equivalent with minimum of 5 years (8 desired) with solid experience using debug tool, protocol analysis test tools, etc..
• Must have hands-on experience configuring at least one of the following IP PBXes: Alcatel OXE, Siemens Hi-Path 4000 or Siemens HiCom 300.
• Knowledge of Avaya Product suite would be beneficial
• In depth knowledge of VoIP and TDM protocols, including SIP, H.323, H.248, ISDN.
• Data networking expertise, with the ability to configure switches, routers, firewalls, vpn appliances, and wireless access points.
• Experience configuring the following Linux services on CentOS/Redhat: BIND, FTP, OpenSSL, NFS and PAM.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications in English.
