Telecoms Engineer
The EMEA Voice Services team ensures high level of Voice support to all lines of business across EMEA through rigorous management, strong working relationships and sound communication. The Voice services team provides BAU support for all voice related hardware and software issues.
We are looking for a strong candidate to represent voice services and engineering in Ireland.
Responsibilities:
Principle point of contact for Voice Services in Ireland with for all business lines and shared services departments.
Actively manage all regional disaster recovery requirements.
Maintain strong team relationships in UK with regular travel and electronic conferencing.
Requirements:
Proven extensive experience in Telecoms and related Voice products including Voice recording, Call logging and voicemail systems
High level understanding and working practices of LAN, WAN and Networking.
CCNA certified is an absolute minimum
