Ideally you will have a track record as a Technical Writer in developing technical and business content for commercial software products including online user manuals and context sensitive help to technical and fact or information sheets as well as online marketing and product collateral.
It is envisioned that in between product and documentation release cycles that there will be an opportunity to develop skills in software qa testing also taking your product knowledge and applying to release testing.
If you have an interest or previous experience with software testing and / or database products (e.g. good SQL, data analysis, database testing) then this is an opportunity not to be missed working in the new Irish offices of a global software product development company.
