My Client is a world leader with Communications tecnhologies
Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain customer documentation for telecoms systems.
Liaise with product development teams to identify key documentation project deliverables and produce documentation estimates based on key deliverables.
Design, develop and maintain Online Help files for deployment with web-based applications.
Co-ordinate document reviews with development teams.
Conform to documentation standards and practices set by the documentation team.
Edit customer documentation for peer writers.
Experience
Associated degree.
At least 3 years experience in a Technical Writing role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working both individually and as part of a team.
Knowledge of job-associated software (FrameMaker, RoboHelp, MS Office).
