Eden Recruitment is working closely with a leading Multi-national Technology company specializing in cloud solutions.
Right now they have a requirement for experienced technical sales professionals to join one of their busy teams. In total there are four roles.
Please note at least one of these positions will require a fluent German / English speaker
[b]Key Function of Role:[/b]
* Protect, develop and expand recurring “software support” based revenue streams (acquired through the normal product sales process).
* Sell and upsell the Company’s service offerings to new and existing customers.
* Sell evolving products to end users and channels partners.
* Sell and upsell selected software and hardware products via telesales efforts.
* Grow the support opportunity sales pipeline on a quarterly basis.
* Liaise with regional Sales Manager level to relay key data that needs to be understood to support sales pipeline.
[b]Primary Duties of Role:[/b]
* Planning the weekly call activities using advanced information and systems tools, lists and databases.
* Achieving a set revenue quota for Support contract renewals, new services business offerings and selected products that the Support organization offers to Customer base.
* Increase the awareness within the Company Sales team of named existing accounts that do and do not have a current support relationship with the Company through CRM system research and subsequent live communications to the Sales team.
* Sell the benefits of the Company’s Technical Support directly to customers when called upon.
* Evangelize the benefits of other Company services offerings
* Achieve business revenue quota on a quarterly basis.
* Perform duties in accordance with established Company policies and procedures.
* Work to develop and promote a positive team environment.
[b]Measurement:[/b]
The person will be measured on the following points:
* Achievement (against sales targets for new business).
* Achievement (against expected customer contract renewal rates).
* Growth in quarterly software support revenue pipeline through interactions with * Company Sales, partners and end users.
* Support Account Manager key performance indictors including total daily calls made, calls completed, talk time, forecasting accuracy, and other related measurements.
[b]Job Requirements:[/b]
Suitable Applicants will have:
* At least 2+ years’ experience in sales, tele-sales and sales administration.
* Customer care, call centre or related experience.
* Ideally will have experience working within a sales /sales support function within a multinational technology company.
[b]Education:[/b]
University degree (or higher).
* Fluency in written and oral English required (Fluency in German a major plus).
* Flexible working hours might be required at times, mainly towards quarter end.
* Possible travel required (up to max 15% of the time for this position).
[b]Qualifications: (Knowledge, skills, abilities required)[/b]
* A passion for sales (and achievement).
* Good knowledge of productivity applications.
* Good Microsoft Skills (Word, Excel etc).
[b]Suitable applicants will have excellent communication skills (especially over the telephone).[/b]
