Our client is multinational business within IT services. They currently have a number of positions for Helpdesk Support Analysts with languages as detailed.
Candidates will be assisting internal and external customers with technical queries in both English and their 2nd language.
To apply you will need:
* A minimum of 1 years experience within a custoemr service environment (e.g retail)
* Fluent in Danish or Norwegian or Finnish
* Excellent English speaking abilities
* Computer literate
Desirable Criteria:
* Experience within a helpdesk/ technical support environment
* A good understanding of computer operating systems and Microsoft Office
