A Technical Support Advisor (fluent German) is required for a multi national SSC in Cork.
DUTIES:
• Provide a high level of customer service and technical support to customers over the phone and by e-mail.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
• Administration.
• Work towards individual and team targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Fluent in German with English.
• 2 years previous Technical Support and Customer Service experience within a SSC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised with a proven ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• A problem solver.
