Technical Support Level 2
3 Month Contract with a view to extension
Responsibilities:
* Processes service requests for telephony related service; supports moves, adds and changes; resolves issues with telecommunications vendors and vendor installation assistance
* Serves as the voice technical resource for the resolution of moderate voice and voice mail issues
* Provide on-call technical support where necessary
* Provides day-to-day administration of iPhones, iPads and wireless broadband cards, including adds, changes, and repairs.
* Install Air-Watch MDM application to enhance security and device tracking
* Maintains accurate data for devices assigned to consultants and staff
* Perform end-user training for telecommunications equipment when necessary.
* Interact with mobile carriers to complete device warranty exchange.
The Ideal candidate will have:
* 3rd level qualification
* Typically 2 – 3 years Experience
* Experienced in supporting desktop and peripheral issues
* Experienced in supporting MS Office applications
* Experience with Fileservers and Fileserver OS administration
* Experience on other key technologies i.e. Citrix, Security
