Technical Support Executive sought for global technology company to work out of its Dublin Head Quarters. Working within a team of 4-5 the role will require you to provide phone and email support to local and international clients.
This is not a call centre and the role will also require you to assist the developers and technical team to set up new accounts, carry out testing prior to going live with client accounts and give demo’s and training sessions to clients over the phone.

Your Profile:
* 3rd level degree within an IT Discipline
* 1-2 years experience within a technical support role
