Our client is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for a role in the midlands. This role will suit a graduate with 2 years experience in a similar environment and involves occasional travel to other sites.

– First line support
– Monitor service desk tickets
– Support local users
– Support printer and print queue issues
– Escalate as appropriate
– Documentation

[b][blue]Knowledge and skillset required:[b][blue]

– Service desk experience – 2 years
– VMware
– Backups
– Server knowledge
– Active Directory Management
– Group policy
– Powershell
