Technical Support Engineer / Customer Success Manager

Cluey, which is based in Dublin, has developed a cloud-based Point of Sale system for cafes, bars and restaurants which works on PCs, tablet and smartphones.

Cluey is an exciting company that has ambitious plans for the future. It already has had strong interest from the UK, USA and Australia. A person is required for the following position:

[b][red]Technical Support Engineer / Customer Success Manager[/b][/red]

This is an excellent opportunity to use your existing IT skills and develop your skillset across a broad range of technologies. The role will involve setting up customers remotely and supporting those customers thereafter in a positive and proactive manner.

The successful Support Engineer will have 3 years’ previous experience providing technical support and systems administration.

[b][red]Role: [/b][/red]

• To support a range of IT functions including hardware, software and Internet-based assistance

• To liaise between staff and agents or customers to ensure smooth running of applications

• To assist and develop reports to meet business requirements

• To seek opportunities to improve processes.

[b][red]General Requirements: [/b][/red]

• Friendly, quick thinking, responsive, calm and patient

• Fluent in English with an excellent telephone manner

• A strong multi-tasker who can easily prioritise and see things through to completion

• Keen to provide top class service and delight your customers

• A self-starter who is capable of working on their own initiative

• Experience counts, but most of all you’ve got to have passion, responsibility and pride in what you do.

The phone is your main tool of communication with customers, so you will require a superb telephone manner with the ability to manage multiple calls and problems and keep customers abreast of progress until completion.

Reporting to the CEO, you will have the full support of our technical team and the opportunity to acquire new skills and learn about new technologies. This role will particularly suit a level-headed problem solver who wants to be the best at what they do and appreciates how technology benefits our customers’ businesses.
