Technical Support Engineer
Excellent contract opportunity for a [b]Technical Support Engineer[/b] to join a rapidly expanding Managed Services Company in Galway. The successful Technical Support Engineer will be installing hardware and configuring software as part of a large upgrade project based across Connaught.
[b]What will I be doing as a Technical Support Engineer?[/b]
• Installing PC units and hardware
• Configuring software
• Provide technical support when necessary
[b]What do I need to get this job as a Technical Support Engineer?[/b]
• 1+ years relevant support experience
• Knowledge of hardware and software installation
• Knowledge of Windows OS
• Professional certification such as CompTIA, CCNA, MCSA (an advantage)
NOTE: Own transport is needed
