Technical Support Consultant
Our client is looking for a highly experienced Technical Support Consultant to help maintain their positioning as a leading, independent Irish IT Distributor providing an extensive portfolio of solutions and value added services, including certified technical training, consultancy and support services.
Their solutions range from networking and systems security to converged telephony systems, infrastructure and desktop virtualisation, storage, backup and recovery as well as data deduplication and full information life cycle management solutions and at least 5 years experience in these areas is a pre-requisite for this role.
The successful applicant will provide key technical support and interraction with clients.
Experience of and / or accreditations from VMWare, Cisco Microsoft, EMC and storage would be highly desirable as is strong IT product knowledge in the areas of vitualization, security, storage.
Salary is in the 70-75k Range DOE
